Nanshy sell a range of brushes and make-up sponges for your eyes, lips and face, which can be purchased individually or as part of sets and the set I have is the 'Nanshy Luxury Make-Up Brush Set.' It contains thirteen brushes, as well as a case to store the brushes in, (making them ideal for travelling) and is available for £36.95, a very reasonable price if you ask me as it isn't hard to pay that amount for just one make-up brush.
The set contains the following brushes: (although, they can all be used for whatever you like)
- Angled Brow Brush
- Liner Brush
- Small Shadow Brush
- Crease Brush
- Shadow Brush
- Fluffy Shadow Blending Brush
- Concealer Brush
- Angled Shadow Brush
- Powder/Foundation Brush
- Foundation Brush
- Powder Brush
- Eyelash/Eyebrow Spoolie
- Angled Blush Brush
I have found that each brush applies my make-up perfectly, like no other brush. They can be used for both liquid and powder products yet, either way, the product doesn't cling to the brush and they help to give the most natural, flawless finish possible. Not only do the bristles feel super soft, but they also feel so light on your skin and simply glide across, especially the foundation brushes. Despite being a great price, you aren't sacrificing the quality of the brushes as their handles are sturdy and have grips, making application even easier, plus, the bristles feel silky on top yet are durable on the bottom, so these brushes won't be falling apart any time soon.
Additionally, the bristles are antibacterial, meaning they don't need to cleaned after every other use, however, when you do clean them, they can simply be cleaned by hand using soap or shampoo and have minimum shedding.
Finally, if all of that wasn't enough, Nanshy have free delivery to the UK and ship worldwide too, so no one is missing out.
I think I may be a little bit in love with these brushes and I get excited to use them each time I do my make-up. I previously used a lot of Real Techniques make-up brushes and, don't get me wrong, I still love them and shall continue to use them, however, Nanshy brushes are definitely ones I would recommend. Also, some RT brushes can set you back £22 each, whereas you can get your hands on 13 Nanshy brushes for just under £37. This is a great set for anyone perhaps just starting out with make-up and who is looking for a solid set of brushes which are going to last and which will apply any make-up product.
Like I said, I think I am rather obsessed with this brush set as I have never used anything quite like it which makes applying my make-up even easier, quicker and which give me a faultless finish. Ten out of ten, would recommend!!
